Mart365 is a local delivery service operating in Karachi. We act as a delivery intermediary — we source products from wholesale markets and deliver them to customers within our service area. While we apply our own Mart365 label and branding to products for identification and presentation purposes, this branding does not imply that we are the manufacturer of any product. All products remain the produce of their respective manufacturers or suppliers.
We deliver across Karachi. Delivery availability and time slots may vary by area, and we will confirm delivery to your address on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule orders outside our current delivery zone.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice. An order is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us via WhatsApp.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the stated cutoff time. Delivery slots are subject to rider availability. We reserve the right to reschedule in unforeseen circumstances.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method, along with mobile wallet transfers (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) and IBFT by prior arrangement. No payment processing occurs on our website.
Mart365 applies its own branding to products for identification only. This does not alter the origin or manufacturer of the product. Branded products (National, Shan, Mehran etc.) are the original manufacturer's product. Unbranded/Khula products are sourced from wholesale markets.
Mart365's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our responsibility ends upon successful delivery to the stated address.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance.
